Cancellation Policies
Conference Registration
Cancellation of your conference registration can be made up to two weeks prior to the start of the conference, by June 7th, 2026. All cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a $5 cancellation fee.
On-Campus Housing
Cancellations for on-campus housing made up to two weeks prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a $65 housing administrative fee. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ceshelp@cornell.edu. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 7th, 2026.
